Black Bear Film Festival is happy to announce our weekly short competition. Submit your 1-3min film and we will judge it within the week. If selected we will share your short on our Instagram page with a shout out to all the creators.

  • We do not take any ownership of your work, but by submitting you are giving us permission to redistribute it on our social media platforms.

How it works

  • Submit a dropbox, google drive, or similar link to your video below

  • We will judge it within a week.

  • If selected we will notify you via email, and post the short to our instagram account along with a shout out to your IG page/ handle.

  • Multiple submissions welcomed.

  • Submissions are on a rolling basis.
